Payment and Privacy:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  All purchases are securely processed, and your personal information is only used for your order with Lorelei. After your order is processed, we will send an order confirmation email. If an item is backordered, we will notify you of the expected delivery date and will not charge you until your order has been shipped. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS Ground and will arrive in approximately 2-5 business days unless 2-day or Overnight shipping is requested.  To ensure that your order ships out the same business day, it must be placed before 2pm.

Customers can track their shipments at www.ups.com. Please note that we only ship within the United States and Canada and cannot ship to PO boxes.  

 

 

Sales Tax:

New York residents are required to pay sales tax on all purchases.  All other orders shipped out of state are tax free.   

Exchange Policy:

All returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.  We do not provide refunds, but will happily EXCHANGE your item or provide your account with a store credit.  Please note all Sale items are FINAL SALE.   

Exchanges may be returned by Mail, FedEx, or UPS and all merchandise must be in its original condition with a receipt of purchase.  Lorelei is not responsible for any shipping costs involved in an exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for the following reasons: product appears used or no longer in its original condition, the exchange is beyond the allowed timeframe, or the return is sent without a receipt.
